On behalf of the board of Féile, Inc., I want to thank everyone who helped make the 2018 Wee Festival a success. Based on my very unscientific survey of those who attended, everyone had a great time. There were lots of activities for all ages, great trad and modern music, tasty food by our talented cooks Pat O’Connell & Jay Dunn and their crew, and the Irish dancing was terrific as usual. The prizes for the raffle and door drawings were better than ever. It was a wonderful display of Irish culture and hospitality at their best.
This event was the result of a lot of hard work by a very dedicated Festival Committee. All the volunteers deserve a big THANK YOU. GO RAIBH MÍLE MAITH AGAIBH.
We also want to thank the Gaelic American Club for its cooperation in staging the event. Jim Carolan and the Executive Committee, Chris Boccamazzo and the bartenders, Corky and the kitchen staff, Tommy Flaherty and his crew all were invaluable partners.
If you have any questions, comments or are interested in helping out at future Féile events, please email me firstname.lastname@example.org John Minehan ~ Pres. Féile, Inc.
