Brian and Meg came to the states from Tipperary 25 years ago and like so many, they never stopped craving the tastes and flavors from the auld sod. After many years of stocking up on trips home and giving wish lists to visitors from home, the idea for Peggy’s Cottage was born. Through this quaint local shop, they hope to bring a taste of Ireland to Connecticut.
In addition to all the sweets, meats and treats there will be a huge inventory of gifts, clothes and other Irish treasures. Whether you’re from the homeland or have yet to visit Ireland, stopping by this shop will give you the Irish experience you crave and information on planing your trip to Ireland.
